QMGT Group uses an online maintenance reporting system via our database.

When you signed up with us, you would have received a link inviting you to sign up to the online portal to log (and track) all maintenance and requests.

It is a legal requirement that all maintenance (other than emergencies) are reported in writing.  To streamline this process, we have utilised an online platform.  This allows you to immediately log any maintenance issues, attach photos, and authorise access for trades (or request to be present).

If you have an EMERGENCY, please contact our emergency trades as follows:

*(if you call the locksmith because you locked yourself out, you will be liable for the fee.  If there is an issue with the door/lock, they will invoice our agency)

*Note – any calls that are NOT a genuine emergency, will incur a call-out fee that the tenant will be responsible for.

Please log your request through your tenant portal for any non emergencies.  If you cannot locate this link or have misplaced your log in information, simply email your request to your Property Manager along with a request to re-set your log in information so it can still be actioned accordingly.
