Gail is our team’s Managing Director, with 26+ years’ business ownership experience – a significant proportion of this having been gained in the property industry across a broad spectrum of roles: management rights (building and property management); corporate governance, financial and asset management; investor/owner.
As such, Gail is well versed in liaising and working with Body Corporates, Body Corporate Managers, Owners, Tenants and Developers of properties within these structures as well as Government Departments, Utilities providers and Trade Contractors.
As an owner / occupier in a strata complex and an investor/owner herself, Gail values the provision of efficient, effective, cooperative & courteous management services for ALL owners within residential complexes.
Samantha brings to her role as our valued Senior Property Manager over 8 years’ property management experience. Her enthusiasm and passion are what drives her to strive for success in every aspect of her career. Samantha expertly fulfils her role as Senior Property Manager by managing the entire tenancy division of our company, and keeping all clients comprehensively up to date every step of the way. Her communication and “tech” skills are paramount in providing an exceptional level of service. Owners can be assured that their valuable investment property is handled with the utmost care, ensuring quality tenants are found for their property and that it is maintained to a high standard throughout the tenancy.
Paul is our very experienced Building Manager with involvement in the Real Estate industry spanning many years, as an investor and also management rights of substantial residential high-rise complexes and town house developments. With a long term property and facilities management background, Paul has the ability and practical experience to be able to monitor your building from many angles including rectification of minor general maintenance issues on the spot. Very personable and with great attention to detail, his constant on-the-ground approach ensures that all aspects of your complex are managed to the highest standard. His comprehensive knowledge of “all things” building management helps him to engender a comfortable community living environment for all residents.
Carolyn is our admin officer who works mainly behind the scenes. Having spent most of her time working in administration/data-keeping and accounts roles, you can be sure that everything she puts her mind to has her full attention and she ensures all work is completed to the highest possible standard. Part of her role involves managing internal audits and organizing company policies and procedures. Having worked in many different office environments, her wealth of knowledge and experience ensures all company practices are well thought through and effective. Her excellent operational and organisational skills ensure that systems are in place and records are maintained to keep the office administration running smoothly and efficiently.
